For us, fermentation is an exciting obsession!
We created OliKo (aw-lee-co) as a better-for-you sipper and mixer with a fermented twist. We’ve drawn our inspiration and knowledge from the ginger brews of the colonial spice trade and many years of experience working at world-class bars and restaurants.
