The Canary Lives
1.5 ounces White Rum (Plantation 3 Star)
0.75 ounces Lemon Juice
0.5 ounces Bougie Syrups Orgeat
0.25 ounces St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
Shake briefly, strain over ice and top with OliKo Ginger Beer.
Garnish gayly with edible flowers.

2 ounces Pisco (Campo de Encanto Moscatel Pisco)
0.5 ounces Lime Juice
0.5 ounces Hibiscus/Hop syrup*
2 dashes Rose Water
Strain into a chilled Coupe and top with OliKo Ginger Beer.
*Weigh equal parts sugar and water into a pot. Bring to a simmer and add equal parts dried hibiscus and hops (2-3 grams.) Let steep for 5 minutes, strain and let chill.
Alpen Glow (HOT Cocktail)
1.5 ounces Rum or Scotch (Amrut Old Port or Famous Grouse)
0.25 ounce Honey
2 cloves or 1/2 stick of cinnamon
2 dash Paychauds Bitters
6 ounces OliKo Ginger Beer
Bring all ingredients in a pot to a simmer. Stain into a warmed mug and garnish with a grapefruit peel.
High and Dry
2 ounces Fino Sherry (the drier the Sherry the better)
0.5 ounce Orange Liquor (We suggest Leopold Bros.)
0.25 ounce Angostura Bittes
Fill a Collins glass with ice and fill the glass 3/4 full with OliKo Ginger Beer. Add sherry, orange liquor and bitters, stir briefly.
1.5 ounces Cynar
3 ounces OliKo Ginger Beer
Pour straight over ice and garnish with a slice of citrus.

Dark and Stormy
1.5 ounces Dark Rum (Amrut Old Port)
Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice. Fill almost to the top with OliKo Ginger Beer and float the Dark Rum on top.
Garnish with Mint, Lime Wheel or Purple Basil.
2 ounces Pimm’s No. 1
0.5 ounce lemon juice
0.5 ounce simple syrup
2 long slices of cucumber and 1 diced strawberry.
Add all ingredients to a Collins glass filled with ice and stir briefly.
Top with 3 ounces of OliKo Ginger Beer and garnish with mint sprig.
Mule (Moscow, Bourbon, Jalisco etc.)
2 ounces spirit of choice (Vodka, Bourbon, Tequila etc.)
0.5 ounce lime cordial (preferably Bougie Syrups Lime Cordial)
Shake ingredients briefly
Add to glass filled with ice and top with 3 ounce OliKo Ginger Beer.
Garnish with lime wheel.
1 ounce blended Scotch
0.5 ounce Single Malt Scotch (the peatier the better)
0.75 ounce Lemon Juice
0.5 ounce Honey Syrup (2:1 water to honey)
Shake all ingredients and pour over rocks glass with ice. Top with OliKo Ginger Beer and stir briefly.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.
1.5 ounces Tiki Syrup (We recommend Bougie Syrups Tiki Syrup.)
1 ounce grapefruit juice
0.5 ounce lemon juice
Shake all ingredients vigorously and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
Stir in 3 ounces of OliKo Ginger Beer and garnish with a mint sprig.
