High And Dry
INGREDIENTS
2 ounces Fino Sherry (the drier the Sherry the better)
0.5 ounce Orange Liquor (We suggest Leopold Bros.)
0.25 ounce Angostura Bitters
DIRECTIONS
Fill a Collins glass with ice and fill the glass 3/4 full with OliKo Classic Ginger Beer.
Add sherry, orange liquor and bitters, stir briefly.
