Penicillin
INGREDIENTS
1 ounce blended Scotch
0.5 ounce Single Malt Scotch (the more peat the better)
0.75 ounce Lemon Juice
0.5 ounce Honey Syrup (2:1 water to honey)
DIRECTIONS
Shake all ingredients and pour over ice in a rocks glass.
Top with OliKo Classic Ginger Beer and stir briefly. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
