Pimm's Cup
INGREDIENTS
2 ounces Pimm’s No. 1
0.5 ounce lemon juice
0.5 ounce simple syrup
2 long slices of cucumber and 1 diced strawberry.
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to a Collins glass filled with ice and stir briefly.
Top with 3 ounces of OliKo ClassicGinger Beer and garnish with mint sprig.
